Felt-tip pens coated with hot melt adhesive and cut out

Felt pads produced in France can be coated with adhesive (according to customer specifications) to meet the specific needs of the vehicle. Various adhesive properties are available, as well as full or partial adhesive coverage. We offer sheets and rolls.

Cut-out felt pieces

In addition to the adhesive coating, the felts can be cut to the desired dimensions and shapes. The cut pieces are placed in cardboard boxes or plastic wrap.

Molded parts

Molding is one of the final manufacturing steps for our felt before it is integrated into the vehicle for which it is intended. This step is carried out at our customers' facilities. The felt is placed in a compression molding press, equipped with the tooling of the desired shape. The felt is then heated and cooled (110°C - 180°C) or hot molded (180°C - 220°C) according to customer specifications and the desired rigidity, and then left to cure for the required time. Once the part is molded, it is ready to be stored and installed inside the vehicle.
