This thermoplastic felt with an epoxy-polyester resin is composed of recycled textile cotton fibers bonded with low-melt, two-component polyester fibers and epoxy resin. The result is a firm felt with a certain thickness. The goal is to manufacture lightweight felts with significant thicknesses and low densities (e.g., 45 kg/m³).

Weight: From 200 g/m² to 1200 g/m²

Thickness: from 2 mm to 80 mm

Low melt content: 15% to 25%
